You can use Read It Later's API in both free and paid applications. You can even charge users for your app.
Commercial Licenses
The API can be used by both free and commerical apps. However, you will need a commerical license if all of the following apply:
- Your app is a commerical app
- and your application needs more than the provided 1000 calls/hr rate limit
- and your app retrieves a users reading list (apps that only save pages do not apply)
